Monday, monday…
CBT.com is down, so I’ve decided to take the week off from Miniature Rules. I’ve only got the one comic in the bag right now, so this will buy me another week to shoot the eight-to-ten ideas I’ve a kickin’ around. Besides, Miniature Rules needs all the exposure it can get to reach it’s 20 or so readers, right?
So, this is Miniature Rules Hiatus Week, but I think I’ll finish Ninja tomorrow before the meetings. Now, msupsychmajor let me know about this, and being a big fan of Pittsburgh and Mr. Fred Rogers, I decided to actually step out and send them a video. I don’t expect anything to come of it, but hell, why not? It’s a chance to do something a little crazy, and then send it to a major urban conglomeration to be held up for public ridicule. That’s an improvement over the usual method of showing up in person, as I can’t be hit with a cabbage through YouTube. Yet. The Intrawebz Gnomes are working on it.
Battletech Soundtrack continues with the Battle of Luthien. I once again can kinda see the seperation of the various descriptions of the battle to the different verses in the song, but they’re not as clear as Billy Joel’s. But Billy’s nine different kinds of awesome. That being said, the one few times the imagery is spot on is for Morgan Kell sitting on the hill using PMS (Phantom Mech Skill) for all that it’s worth, laying out entire clusters with an LRM-20, then I can see a pan across the wreckage to the charge against the Otomo/Inzagi Warriors/Omega whatever and Takashi doing that silly “come here” Keanu-Reeves-Matrix guesture with his Dragon’s one hand as he fires off his Telos-10 rack. I know as a band they kinda suck, but this is their least suckiest song. “Higher” by Creed.
How do I save money every month?
I don’t spend it. It’s usually that easy.
I just answered this Featured Question so hit my pyro and play my music, you can answer it too and FEEL THE BANG!!
