Ah, Friday. The “turning point” as it were. I needed to reclaim my throne as King of Comic Con, and the only way to do that is have the most amazing coincidental occurance happening. In this case, it was accidentally finding out one of my all time idols was there:
That old guy I’m standing next to? Don Bluth. Holy shit. I have been blown away by his work for years, and I finally got to thank him for the most amazing animated movies ever, especially The Secret of Nimh. Wow. I win.Next up was a meeting with one of the absolutly coolest people on the planet, Avery Brooks. He must be a great actor, ’cause he’s nothing like Captain Sisko at all, he’s a lot more like Hawk from Spencer for Hire. This much “cool” should not be allowed to exist in one person. Frankly, he’s a lot more cooler than Samuel L. Jackson, as far as I’m concerned.
We finished off Friday with a game of AT2 with Giovanni Blasini and Ashenwelt. I feel for the guys because they love the game so much, and this is the only time they get to play. Even then, it seems like they were bombarded by calls. Still handed us our butts too.
I’ll update with the video of Giovanni, and the big suprise at the WB booth later tonight!

Ooo…Warships.
Wait, not only do you post my little SLDF fleet….you’ve got *video* of me?!?!?!
Do you have more pictures of the Naval Battle?
@Redshirte - No, but I believe Gio does. Hopefully he shall post them.
Awesome, Avery Brooks! Yeah, I can definitely see him being better than Samuel L. Jackson.
Got a few pics, yeah. I’ll see about posting them some time between lunch, buying that new server, and heading to Encino. Should have ‘em up by tonight on my Xanga.
